Software (Imaster)
In addition to the use of the Xactware claim management system, we now have Imaster available which is an online job monitoring site. Over the course of the job you will be able to monitor the daily progress that is being made. You will find a loss report that specifies the date, customer info, cause of loss, start and completion date. In addition thermal pictures, digital pictures of the home and affected area, record of drying conditions and moisture maps. A user name and password will be given to you to secure confidentiality and additional training is available if needed.

Continuing Education
ServiceMaster Recovery Systems offers both credit and noncredit courses for insurance agents and adjusters who want to know how to serve their customers better.

Subjects vary from Water Damage Mitigation, Mold Remediation, Business Continuity and Disaster Planning. The courses are designed to educate insurance agents and adjusters on the benefits of mitigating property loss for both carriers as well as policyholders.
