When you enter the 866 Recover agreement, you are able to contact ServiceMaster Recovery Systems when your place of business is affected by a catastrophe. When we receive the call we agree to service you needs ASAP. When a catastrophe occurs ServiceMaster Recovery Systems will receive hundreds of calls. The reality is that we cannot service all of those calls in a short, immediate period. However, the 866 Recover agreement will enable your business to be put to the front of the list so you will be attended to immediately. This means less revenue loss and the quicker you will be back in business. Once again this is not considered a signed contract, but more a handshake in writing. It is a win - win situation for everyone involved.
